OPTIMIZING LEARNING TIME WITH GOOGLE DRIVE

Learning shouldn't be confined to the classroom, it can take place anywhere. Especially if we got limited time of teaching period. Instead of having homework, we could ask students to do something that they are happy doing it. Yes, what i meant is smartphone. Students are happy using smartphone. They bring it everywhere and keep an eye on it. It would be best if we could optimize learning time using their handheld. Hopefully students feel motivated in learning through their smartphone.

Maybe we could enlarge our class into virtual class. There are some virtual class in internet, such as Schoology, Edmodo, Moodle, Claroline, aTutor, etc. So we could open the class for all students around the world. However it has some limitation, such as students must join the class, use password, and the important thing is the size of website. It needs longer time to open the page.

Probably we didn’t use all facilities from google. We only use it as search engine and email. What we need is just explore a little bit of facilities. One facility from Google is Google Drive. In Google Drive, we could have the link as the product. Just share the link address to your social media, especially which consists of students group. So it can be faster, easier and straight to the target.
