Critical Thinking Practices for Engaging Classroom Teaching

Every student has a right to
be success, but we cannot set up the same parameter to all students. It
means we have to set up different methods to reach, even who appear to be
failures. We sometimes
found our students frequently disrupt our lesson, have no interest in learning
or behaving, even disrespect us. But when students asked to decide what was
discussed in class, or choose to discuss topics like how to prepare for life
after they leave high school, learning how to get a good job and make money,
they responds differently.
As a teacher we want our
students to learn about the subjects we’re teaching, but traditional teaching
methods work with some students but have probably become less effective in
recent years because of changes in society. You want to be a different kind of
teacher, someone who helps students to improve their critical thinking skills
so they are more apt to succeed in your class, in college, and in life. Here
are some engaging classroom teaching methods that can be applied.
1. Formulate Different Rules
2. Create A Different Relationship
3. Ask Different Kinds of Questions
4. Get Students To Develop Different Skills
5. Give Students Different Kinds of Assignments
6. Get Different Students To Work Together
